01Orders

Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details. I never see or store your card number. I use your name, email and address to pack, label and ship your order, which means sharing your address with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or Canada Post) through our label service.

02Emails

If you join the list or place an order, your email (and phone number, if you add one) is kept with Resend, which sends order confirmations and the occasional drop email. Every list email has an unsubscribe link. Order emails are just about your order.

03Analytics & ads

• Vercel Analytics counts page visits so I know what's working. It doesn't use cookies.
• Meta Pixel. The homepage and shop pages use Meta's pixel, which sets cookies so Meta can measure Instagram and Facebook ads and show House Code ads to people who've visited. It sees things like the pages you view, what you add to your bag and whether you checked out. It never gets your card details.
• Your browser also remembers small things on its own, like the size you picked, so the page is easier next time. That stays on your device.

04Your choices

• Turn off ad personalization in your Meta account under Ad Preferences, or block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
• Unsubscribe from any list email with one tap.
• Want a copy of your info, or want it deleted? Email me and I'll take care of it.
